S.1072 - PREP for All Students Act (Introduced in the Senate on March 30, 2023)

This bill was introduced in the Senate on March 30, 2023. This bill creates the Council on Emergency Response Protocols, which is tasked with, among other responsibilities, developing guidelines for states, early childcare and education settings, local educational agencies, and institutions of higher education to create and implement inclusive and accessible emergency response protocols. These protocols include those for responding to gun violence, preparing for natural disasters, and conducting fire drills.
