H.R.553 - Workplace Choice and Flexibility for Individuals with Disabilities Act

This bill modifies the definition of competitive integrated employment for individuals with disabilities under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 with respect to types of workplace interactions and payment for employment. Current law provides for certain resources to assist individuals with disabilities in maintaining competitive integrated employment.
