S.2279 - Protect Medicaid and Rural Hospitals Act (Introduced in the Senate on July 15, 2025)
This bill was introduced in the Senate July 15, 2025. This bill will repeal the changes to Medicaid State provider tax authority and State directed payments made by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and provide increased funding for the rural health transformation program.
