H.R.9753 - Parent Plus Parity Act (Introduced in the House of Representatives on September 23, 2024)
This bill was introduced in the House of Representatives on September 23, 2024. This bill should amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide relief for borrowers of Federal Direct PLUS loans made on behalf of students. The Secretary shall discharge the liability on a Federal Direct and the loan made on behalf of a student, if the student becomes permanently and totally disabled.
