This bill would lower the applicable age threshold in Section 511 of the Rehabilitation Act from 24 to 18; this would mean that states have fewer adults with disabilities for whom they need to help find competitive integrated employment before placing them in a Section 14(c) employment setting where they may be paid subminimum wage.
