The information posted in the publications section is for your reference to gain a better understanding in your areas of interest. - Audio/Visual Materials: Educational material presented in an audible/pictorial form, computer data, and website or service that offers multiple resources. CDs, DVDs, and online videos are forms of multimedia in this category.
- Book: Bounded sheets of paper consisting of scholarly content that is often offered for sale. This may include; university textbooks, research monographs, published and professional books.
- Book Chapter: A significant entity containing scholarly content in a book that is often offered for sale. Book chapters may be included in books such as; university textbooks, research monographs, published and professional books.
- Parent Resources: Any resource (guides, fact sheets, books, brochures, information briefs) created as a tool for parents.
- Professional Publications:
- Periodical: A prepared publication for print or by electronic means that is published for fixed intervals or an indefinite period of time. Newsletters, journals, newspapers, magazines are all examples of periodicals.
- Refereed Publication: A print or electronic publication that has been reviewed by other scholar's in the field of study pertaining to the article.
- Non-Refereed Publication: An internally reviewed print or electronic article that presents a report, reference to a particular topic, view on analytical information.
- Dissertations: Thesis or other document containing research and findings, presented as support of an individual's candidacy for a degree.
- Public Awareness Material: Descriptive materials in print or electronic form to increase public awareness or community outreach on a certain topic(s) toward a specific audience. This may include; brochures, pamphlets, press releases, campaigns, and broadcasted appearances.
- Training Curricula: Instructional written strategies to set a standard of skills and concepts to be taught in an educational method to measure one’s achievement. Some examples are: training programs, educational courses, student evaluations, and syllabi.
